SPOOKY FRIENDS COLLECTION

This collaboration is such a spooky season treat! I was so happy when Kylie Millward said she would be interested in putting her whimsical graphics on my mugs. Each of these pieces was wheel thrown by me. I then handed the mugs off to Kylie. She hand drew the Spooky Friend designs (there are three!) and then created screens to screen print the underglaze onto rice paper. Then she meticulously transferred the designs from the rice paper to the mug using water and sponges, sort of like a temporary tattoo is transferred. I took the mugs back and glazed each one with fall inspired colors. We are thrilled to present these totally unique vessels to you all!
