This is probably my most practical clay experiment for the 100 Cups Project. I just love how different kinds of clays will shift the colors of the glazes so dramatically. So each one of these cups has the same blue glaze on the bottom and the same green glaze on the top. I left the clay in the middle raw to be able to see exactly what the clay looks like right next to the glazes. The desert pieces have darker glazes than the mountain cups.
